It can process workpiece surfaces with a diameter of less than Φ630mm that require high flatness and surface roughness. The flatness of the workpiece surface can reach 0.003mm, and the surface roughness Ra value is no more than 0.08um. Due to the ability of the worktable to adjust the angle (±6°) around the horizontal axis, it can also grind inner and outer conical surfaces. The main spindle adopts a static pressure form.

    The rotation of the machine's grinding wheel shaft is driven by a built-in AC motor, and the rotation of the worktable is driven by an AC variable frequency motor. The reciprocating motion of the worktable is achieved through hydraulic transmission.

The machine has an automatic feed and zero-stop automatic feed system. The operator can pre-select according to their needs to reduce labor and achieve multi-machine management.

The workpiece flatness can reach 0.006mm, and the surface roughness Ra value is not greater than 0.32μm. Because the worktable can adjust the angle around the horizontal axis (±3°), it can also grind inner and outer conical surfaces. 

    The main spindle of the machine tool adopts a dynamic and static pressure structure to rotate and is driven by a built-in AC motor. The worktable is rotated by an AC variable frequency motor, and the reciprocating movement of the worktable is realized by hydraulic transmission. The hydraulic system adopts a stroke control operating box, and the same-speed reset accuracy of the worktable movement is within 0.1mm, so it can also meet the requirements of grinding disc-shaped parts with bosses.
